Ticketing arrangements for VPL Round 14 match between
South Melbourne and Preston

South
Melbourne FC and Preston Lions FC have agreed on the
following ticketing arrangements for the scheduled Round
14 Victorian Premier League fixture, to be held at Bob
Jane Stadium on Sunday, 14th June 2009 Seniors (3:00pm)
and Youth/U21(12:45pm);
Entry to this
fixture will incorporate the following conditions:
1.
Pre-Purchased Ticketing Arrangement
This match will be held according to a pre-purchased
ticketing arrangement, in that tickets WILL ONLY be made
available for purchase on the following days and times:
Thursday, 11th June 2009 @ Bob Jane Stadium – between
11:00am - 3:00pm Friday, 12th June 2009 @ Bob Jane Stadium
– between 11:00am - 3:00pm
For further
ticketing information, please contact South Melbourne FC,
Preston Lions FC or Football Federation Victoria. Please
be aware that NO TICKETS will be sold on match day for
this event.
Pre-purchased
tickets will only be available on the following
conditions:
i) All
patrons wishing to purchase a ticket must provide relevant
Photo ID to be photocopied upon which he/she will receive
one ticket. Multiple ticket sales will be permitted
provided the patron can provide acceptable Photo ID for
the quantities requested. Please note that all photo IDs
must be original documents or extracts (copies will not be
accepted);
ii) The
issued ticket is non-transferable, and can only be used by
the purchaser whose name will be printed on the back of
the issued ticket;
iii)
Pre-purchased tickets must be paid for by cash;
iv) FFV
and/or South Melbourne FC reserve the right to refuse the
sale of tickets and/or entry to the ground to any patron
at its absolute discretion;
v) Children
under fourteen (14) years attending this event will be
issued with a complimentary admission ticket, provided
they are accompanied by an adult who has valid admission
ticket.
The only
forms of PHOTO ID ACCEPTED are:
* Current
Victorian Driver’s License
* Key Passes
* Student Card (valid)
* Concession Cards and/or Pensioner Cards
* Travelling Passport (current)
Information
collected relating to the patron at the point of purchase
will be destroyed by FFV at the conclusion of this event,
provided the patron has not participated in any illegal
activity acted in a manner that has brought the game into
disrepute, contravened FFV’s Conditions of Entry or
Spectator Code of Behaviour.
2. South
Melbourne FC Members and Sponsors
2009 members and sponsors of South Melbourne FC attending
this event are exempt from pre-purchasing tickets, yet
will be required to supply photo identification upon
request. South Melbourne FC members & sponsors must
possess and present their current 2009 Membership Card at
the ticket box on the day of the event before being issued
with a complimentary admission ticket.
3. FFV
Issued Passes
2009 FFV Season Pass holders, FFV Media Pass Holders,
Player & Official Pass Holders attending this event will
be required to supply photo identification upon request.
FFV Season Pass Holders, FFV Media Pass Holders & Player &
Official Pass Holders must possess and present their
relevant 2009 Issued Pass in order to be issued a
complimentary admission ticket. All patrons will subject
to a screening process at the point of entry.
All patrons
upon entry into the facility will need to comply with
FFV’s Conditions of Entry and Spectator Code of Behaviour
at all times.
South
Melbourne FC and/or Football Federation Victoria (FFV)
reserve the right at their absolute discretion to refuse
entry to any patron to this event even if that patron has
a Valid Admission Ticket.
The above
measures aim to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all
participants, officials and spectators.
4. Managed
Access Area / Victorian Major Events (Crowd Management)
Act (2003)
Patrons are advised that the Managed Access Area will come
into force for this event in accordance with the Victorian
Major Events (Crowd Management) Act (2003). This is in
addition to FFV’s Conditions of Entry and Spectator Code
of Behaviour. |
