Preston Lions Football Club JUNIORS - Expressions
of Interest - Coaches for 2011
The Preston Lions Football Club is seeking
expressions of interest for coaches in all age
groups, especially SSF (U6 to U11). The Preston
Lions Football Club is committed to developing and
nurturing young football players, both boys and
girls and provide them with a clear pathway to its
Senior Mens and Womens teams. The club requires
highly qualified coaches, strong verbal and
written communication skills, strong
organisational skills, well developed
interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a
team environment, leadership and mentoring
qualities and experience. In addition to the
abilities and attitudes above, candidates must
have a satisfactory "Working With Children Check",
and any other certificates which includes a
current first aid certificate will be favourable.
The juniors train and play its home matches at B.T.
Connor Reserve (Melway 18-B2) with its Senior Mens
and Womens teams based just next door. Please

Preston Lions Football Club JUNIORS - Seeking
players for its U18's Boys team
Preston Lions is now finalising its U18 squad for
the 2011 season. This is your chance to compete in
the top competition and could be your pathway into
a long established senior team within the Northern
suburbs. This year we are introducing a
specialised program including fitness, strength,
conditioning and nutrition specifically designed
for football players. All this delivered by our
new highly qualified Coaching Director & coaching
staff. Training will commence this Friday at
6.30pm and every Wednesday and Friday thereafter
at B.T. Connor Reserve (Melway: 18-B2). For more
