Thanks to Preston
Lions Football Club sponsors BP Southvale and Angelco
Homes, the Lions were able to deliver 200 free tickets for
this Sunday's Foxtel Cup (VPL) match against the Frankston
Pines at BT Connor Reserve.
Students from
Reservoir District Secondary College, Preston Girls
Secondary College and Reservoir East Primary School were
lucky schools to benefit from the latest Preston Lions FC
community initiative.
"Not only are
the Lions providing a service for the states elite players
for both Mens and Womens to show their talent and possibly
progress to the A-League, proposed new National Youth and
Womens League, and also providing a place for juniors to
develop their football skills, a place for socialising, exercising,
developing leadership skills, combined with our generous
sponsors
BP Southvale and
Angelco Homes
Preston is further looking at how to serve the community".

Lions Football Club is the club of the people, for the
people, and with our latest initiative we hope that the
local community will be able to further engage with the
biggest club in the Victorian Premier League" stated
Community Development Coordinator of the Lions, Pece
